Dryers and Filters by Hankison

HF Series compressed air filters provide the exact degree of filtration needed for your application. Standard options include: differential pressure gauges, liquid level indicators, and automatic drains. Filter grades from one through seven will give you one micron and smaller removal for the cleanest air possible. Call us for the proper grade filter for your application.

Hankison International understands that compressed air is effectively used in a wide variety of manufacturing and commercial operations. However, without proper treatment, compressed air contains solid, liquid, and gaseous contaminants, which reduce the efficiency of your compressed air system, increase your operating expenses, and jeopardize product quality.

Hankison International offers products designed for performance and built to last allowing for years of trouble-free operation. Hankison products lower operating costs, reduce downtime, and help to ensure product quality by providing cool, clean, dry compressed air in thousands of installations around the world.

STEP 1 - COOLING
Air-cooled aftercoolers- consist of a coil and fan, they use ambient air for cooling. Separators- as air cools, some of the water vapors condense into liquid water. Add a separator to remove the liquid condensate formed in the aftercooler.

STEP 2 - DRYING
Refrigerated Dryers- compressed air is cooled by a refrigeration system causing water vapor to condense. The liquid condensate is separated from the air stream and discharge from the system by an automatic drain.

STEP 3 - CLEANING
Filters- removes particles (rust, dust, and dirt), vapors (water, oil, and solvents), and liquid contaminants (oil, water, and emulsions). Removes up to 99% of all contaminants .1 micron and SMALLER.
